Co. Innovation Centre (COIC) is Newfoundland and Labrador’s neutral execution platform for industry-led research, development, and commercialization. We provide the shared infrastructure, technical validation, and cross-sector convening capacity that individual firms and associations cannot deliver alone — filling capability gaps, connecting fragmented ecosystem actors, and amplifying partner work already underway.
