Before joining COIC, Dwayne served as Program Manager at techNL, driving digital transformation in the offshore energy sector, and spent eight years with Subsea 7 Canada advancing sustainable operations in harsh offshore environments. He holds a Master of Engineering and specializes in project management, marine and offshore safety, and energy transition. Dwayne’s work focuses on leveraging technology to enhance efficiency, sustainability, and safety across industries.
